UPDATE: Customs Delays

Hi Everyone,
So as many of yall know, we recently produced additional Emerald City Comic Con Exclusive Ramen Kitties. We air freighted 24 boxes. small boxes. Normally air freighting stuff speeds up delivery to a matter of days.
It took over 2 weeks to get through customs.
According to Reed Pop (Owners of ECCC) this is a pattern of delays they are seeing as well.
So that being said, we are anticipating a long delay on our kitties coming through ocean freight. Aka: The FR&E kitties.
With the lack of boats and extra paperwork slowing down the process on the pickup side, and the customs holds on this side, we are probably looking at late Sept for delivery now. Sign of the times I suppose. The pandemic really has changed our world in ways we have yet to realize.
In the mean time we hope all of you are staying safe, keeping social distancing, wearing masks, and washing those hands. Remember to connect with friends and loved ones to let them know you are ok, or not ok, and you need someone to talk to. If you don't have anyone, please do not hesitate to reach out to us, or anyone from our community here at TK.
